Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our clients’ social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our clients’ marketing objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage content (including text, images, video, and graphics) tailored to each social media platform.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our clients’ social media presence.
  • Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to produce cohesive and brand-aligned content.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting audiences, and analyzing ROI.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and brand advocates.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media activities and present them to clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
